Getting to Sóller

Below are the different options for getting to Sóller.

The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca. From Spain (1h); UK (2h40m); Sweden (3h50m). Skyscanner.com is a good resource when searching for flights.

From the airport, catch the A1 EMT bus to Palma (Plaza d'espagna). This takes approximately 15 minutes (5 cash only). Then hop on the Tib 204 bus to Sóller centre. This takes approximately 30min (€2.70).

A private transfer or taxi from Palma Airport to Sóller takes approximately 30min (expect to pay around €60 but prices vary depending on when you travel). The local taxi company is Taxis Palma Radio but you can catch one from the taxi rank outside the airport.

From the airport, catch the A1 EMT bus to Palma (Plaza d'espagna). This takes approximately 15 minutes (5 cash only). Follow the signs for the train station and catch the Ferocarril de Sóller for a scenic journey to Sóller centre. The train typically takes 1hour (€20).

For a more coastal experience, Port de Sóller is just a short and scenic tram ride away from Sóller town. This idyllic harbor offers a serene escape with beachfront hotels and seaside Airbnbs, surrounded by stunning views of the Mediterranean. Enjoy sandy beaches, waterfront dining, and breathtaking sunsets. It’s the perfect choice for guests looking to combine the wedding celebration with a relaxing seaside retreat.

Sóller Centre

We will be staying in Sóller’s charming town center, where the wedding ceremony will also take place at the stunning church in the heart of the square. Sóller is a vibrant town full of character, with cobbled streets, a historic tram, and lively cafes and restaurants. Choose from boutique hotels or cozy Airbnbs, all within walking distance. This option is perfect for those who want to be right in the middle of the celebration and soak up the local charm.

What is the dress code?
  • Welcome dinner Friday 20th June: smart casual.

  • Wedding celebrations Saturday 21st June: formal attire; full length or tea-length dresses for ladies. Suits and tie for gentlemen, no tuxedos.

Is there transport to the reception venue?

We will be providing bus transport to and from the venue from Soller town (exact location and times to be confirmed). Please note that there are no taxis stationed near the venue for your return trip so you must ensure you have pre-booked transport home if you do not plan to catch the return buses.

Can I park at the reception venue?

If you wish to make your own way to the venue, parking is available; guests should park outside the gates of Finca Son Collell (Please follow the Google maps pin found here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/pBXZ3HTjMRsxooDF7 ).

Are kids welcome?

While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding will primarily be an adults-only celebration. Due to limited space at the reception venue, we are unable to provide childcare facilities to those beyond our immediate family. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you can join us for a well-deserved evening of celebration!
